Using Howli

Howli is a singing practice app provided by CandidGO Ltd. You may use it for personal practice, review, and sharing the recordings or exports you choose to create.

Without Howli Unlimited, you may complete up to 10 accepted attempts for each part of each song version per local calendar day. Cancelled or incomplete attempts do not use that allowance. Reviewing, saving, exporting, or sharing attempts you have already made does not require Howli Unlimited.

Howli Unlimited

Howli Unlimited removes the daily completed-attempt limit while your entitlement is active. It is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and billing period shown by the App Store before you confirm a purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your Apple account before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges your Apple account and manages renewals, cancellations, billing, and eligible refunds. Deleting Howli does not cancel a subscription.

The lifetime option is a non-consumable, one-time purchase with no recurring billing. It unlocks Howli Unlimited for the usable life of the Howli service, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the app.

You can restore eligible purchases in Howli and manage an active subscription through Howli's subscription-management tools or your Apple account settings. Access may take a short time to update after a purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, billing issue, or restore.

Purchases are also subject to Apple's applicable App Store and media-services terms. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.

Your Content

You are responsible for the audio, video, song codes, and other content you record, import, save, export, or share from Howli. Please make sure you have the rights and permissions you need before sharing anything outside the app.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Howli in a way that breaks the law, violates someone else's rights, or tries to interfere with the app, its services, or the App Store.

No Warranty

Howli is provided as is. We work to make it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or fit a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CandidGO Ltd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to your use of Howli.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
